Abstract
This article presents a summary of the recent state of flows of capital to mutual funds and ETFs in Europe. It explains the effects of the Eurozone crisis and other developments on flows to active funds, index funds, and ETFs and examines differences between the most popular and least popular fund categories. It concludes that conditions remain favorable in the near term for tactical and risk-sensitive products.
